The Orange Strip Donation Quilt is finished. Sue R. did the quilting and Rhonda finished the binding, so it was a real joint effort.
For once I took a photo of the back.
Now I have it at home and am waiting for the San Mateo County Fair to roll around.
I’m not a big fan of orange but for some reason this quilt says, “Orange is cool!” I like the back a lot too!!!
I think that particular shade of blue really helps the orange. I also seem to buy a particular shade of orange that is very pleasant.
Great quilt, l love it! Should win a ribbon at the fair. Good job.
