Some of them you have seen before (many times?), but I put the new fragments with them to see how the piece can get away from the murky look. I felt it was a bit murky with the chocolate in the striped fabric and that particular orange.<\/p>\n<p>I have lost the middle template for this block, which is holding up progress a bit. I looked at my <a href=\"http:\/\/www.electricquilt.com\">EQ6<\/a> files and can&#8217;t find the project file, which means I have to recreate it somehow. I can cut most of the pieces and sew the corners to the middles, but at some point I have to deal with the loss of that template.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.artquiltmaker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/blogger\/_IlKX5cJn1Zk\/RiqK8ftnZqI\/AAAAAAAAAfM\/jAnhq9_T5Z4\/s1600\/PICT8251-500.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5056006303586412194\" style=\"display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: hand;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.artquiltmaker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/blogger\/_IlKX5cJn1Zk\/RiqK8ftnZqI\/AAAAAAAAAfM\/jAnhq9_T5Z4\/s320\/PICT8251-500.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\"><\/a><br \/>\nThese are the fabrics from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.batiksplus.com\">BatkisPlus<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.quiltfabrics.com\">Quiltfabrics.com<\/a>. I think that the batik on the right is the same one I used on <a href=\"https:\/\/artquiltmaker.com\/blog\/2007\/04\/relief\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sharon&#8217;s quilt<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.artquiltmaker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/blogger\/_IlKX5cJn1Zk\/RiqK8ftnZrI\/AAAAAAAAAfU\/Q1heXhxGMec\/s1600\/PICT8253-500.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5056006303586412210\" style=\"display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: hand;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.artquiltmaker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/blogger\/_IlKX5cJn1Zk\/RiqK8ftnZrI\/AAAAAAAAAfU\/Q1heXhxGMec\/s320\/PICT8253-500.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\"><\/a><br \/>\nHere are Pineapple blocks 9 &amp; 10. They are the first one using my <a href=\"https:\/\/artquiltmaker.com\/blog\/2007\/04\/reorganization-of-strip-project-housecleaning\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">new system of organzing<\/a> the strips. I can&#8217;t really see much difference, except, perhaps, that these blocks are a bit darker. I think it was the way the strips fell.
