Most whisks consist of a long, narrow handle with a series of wire loops joined at the end. The wires are usually metal, but some are <a title=\"Plastic\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Plastic\">plastic<\/a> for use with <a title=\"Nonstick\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Nonstick\">nonstick<\/a> cookware.
