It is kind of\u00a0 thread catcher. She called it a bubble pod.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. K said that the <a href=\"https:\/\/lovefrombeth.com\/product\/bubble-pods-sewing-pattern\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pattern<\/a> is by Beth Studley. She is, apparently, a UK designer, but the pattern is PDF, so easily downloadable even if you have pay in pounds.
