Inktober was created in 2009 by Mr. Jake Parker. He <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mrjakeparker.com\/inktober-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">created it<\/a> &#8220;as a challenge to improve [his] inking skills and develop positive drawing habits. It has since grown into a worldwide endeavor with thousands of artists taking on the challenge every year.&#8221; In order to participate, pick up a pen and start drawing. No special tools are required.
