I decoupaged paper on top of the blue described in the <a href=\"https:\/\/artquiltmaker.com\/blog\/2021\/08\/refreshing-storage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">last post<\/a> on this topic.<\/p>\n<p>I found some pictures I liked and decoupaged them over the blue paint. I was still not thrilled.
