Towards the end of our trip we went to the National Forest Service Museum (Smokey the Bear land). Yes, even the circle. For those of you are beginning to suspect that I have lost my mind, take a look at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Piecing-Expanding-Basics-Ruth-McDowell\/dp\/157120041X\/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&amp;s=books&amp;qid=1218775760&amp;sr=8-6\">Ruth McDowell&#8217;s Piecing book<\/a>. This is a classic quilt book and really should be in everyone&#8217;s quilt library. She wrote this before C&amp;T started publishing shorter books.
