Nine patches are like candy. You can&#8217;t make too many of them (though I am kind of partial to <a href=\"http:\/\/artquiltmaker.com\/blog\/2010\/08\/block-a-long-block-1-four-patch\/\" target=\"_blank\">Four Patches<\/a> at the moment). They are great for swaps or to use up scraps. There are a multitude of variations.
