The Natalma is another Sew Sweetness bag from the most recent release. As with the Urban Sea backpack, there are a lot of rounded corners. This meant I had to cut a lot of pieces out with scissors. Some of them only partially, but the prep work at the beginning of the process still took longer. I forced myself, which wasn’t hard, into my Zen prep zone and was fine with all the cutting.

Finally, late on Saturday, I began to sew the bag together. The pocket in the photo, right, is the interior zipper pocket that is on the left side of the bag. I think next time, I will make the front part of the pocket vinyl.
I do want to make a second one since the three ring binder mechanisms come in a package of two. I don’t want the second mechanism hanging around my workroom. I have to figure out if I will use the second one or if it will be a gift.
