Last Sunday night, I went over and watched a movie with my SIL. We often craft together and this night was no exception. We watched Alfred Hitchcock’s Lifeboat and stitched. I was able to finish the last middle block of the Flowering Snowball/Cross Block project.
Now I need to worry about the border blocks. I haven’t taken the time to make the pattern for those. I will soon.
Congratulations! Are you planning to post a picture of all the blocks together? Can’t wait to see it!
Definitely! I probably won’t start sewing the blocks together until I do a few of the border blocks. I lke to use your technique of sewing quilts together in chunks rather than in strips and I want to include the border in that.
Yay! I have loved this quilt from the first time I saw it on your blog. I can’t wait to see it all together!
Thanks, Vicki! I am working away at it.
This much of it looks great! Thanks for a peak, and hope you will post more on it soon!
Hi Beena: I have to work on the border so I get going on that, but haven’t sat down to do it yet. I have a couple of other hand projects to keep me occupied, so it isn’t urgent. I’ll try not to let it sit too long. Thanks for reading!
