  1. I hate pink but boy do I LOVE these!!! I think it was the movie the Aristocats? back in the 60’s that had the black cats dancing around???

  2. I think it was the Aristocats. I loved that movie and had the whole family (except the dad) in the stuffed version. Not sure what happened to them.

  5. I think it is also because EVERYONE seems to be buying pink, aqua, and brown at the fabric store I work at. I happen to like aqua a LOT too. I am just tired of seeing these three colors all the time. They don’t even buy a rich brown to go with them, but instead buy the brown that is the color of old chalky chocolate! (shudder)

    I have also never been a pink type of gal. Royal blue and purple are my favorite colors. The right shades of pink look very nice with purple.

    Mostly though, I think it is just that pink is so way overdone at the store and all the froo-froo(?) things that these ladies are making for their little girls…I am just blah about it.

    OR maybe it is a Pepto-Bismal(?) thing? hehehehehe

    Oh well…I still do like fuchsia and you too Jaye…even though you like pink better than I do, I promise not to hold it against you.

  6. Yes, you probably are overloaded with pink. I have been thinking about an all pink quilt – all different pink fabrics – with some white, perhaps.

    There are plenty of colors to go around, so you just go for your purple and royal blue!
