Thank you for reading and commenting. I love your comments! Please comment in English or German. If your comment seems to be spam it will be deleted. I don’t have any experience I can share for your college papers or how to get more traffic to your site. I don’t really appreciate being called ‘dude’ by people I don’t know nor do I want to engage with your pharmaceutical services. Sorry, but sometimes, it is hard to tell what is spam and what is real. Also, if your comment is really mean, I will probably delete it. Often one word comments will be sent to the spam filter. It has a mind of its own.

I do my best to respond to comments. Don’t think I am ignoring you if I don’t respond to your comment. I read them all.

Giveaways

Mostly I don’t do giveaways. I just don’t have the time to jump through the hoops. If you have something you really want me to giveaway on my blog, please email me so we can talk about your ideas. However, the mood might strike me to do a giveaway and then I will. Know that if I do a giveaway, it will involve substantive comments.

What I Write
I write what I like on my own schedule.If there is something you think I should write about, let me know and I’ll consider it.

I will not take down posts unless there is a very good reason to do so. I usually try to resolve and issue or figure out a problem one-on-one, but if that proves fruitless, I may write a blog post about it.If I review a product negatively or I comment on your poor customer service and you don’t agree, write your own post. If you are the manufacturer or owner, your decline in business is not a good enough reason for me to remove my post. I do always try to be fair and kind.

Book Reviews

I love writing book reviews and you can read most of my quilt, creativity and art related book reviews on this blog. If you send me a book to review THANKS!! I appreciate your faith in my abilities. I probably will not review any X rated or self help books. They are just not my thing.  Know that I may not be able to write a review on your schedule. Also, keep in mind that I will give my honest review even if you send me the books for free. I try VERY hard to be constructive if I criticize. I also try not to be mean. Writers, publishers and booksellers work hard at their jobs and I greatly appreciate the hard work and attention to detail that goes into putting a book together.

If you send me a book to review that you also want me to give away, please send 2 copies. I love books, have a large collection of quilt books to which I am constantly referring and unless you send me two copies, I may not want to let your fabulous work go. -)
