I stopped to visit my aunt for a flying visit last Friday. She has always been a wonderful gardener. I think she loves gardening as much as I adore quiltmaking. Irises are her favorite and I was thinking about her when I thought up this prompt. This is one of the bearded irises in her garden. I really like the red violet on the lower beards.
