Oooh, those pictures are making my mouth water, yummmm. I think that I love cupcakes even more than cake, especially if the frosting to cake ratio tips over largely into the frosting category. I’m curious, have you found any decent tasting gluten free cupcakes yet?
Not to buy already made, but the new Betty Crocker chocolate cake mix makes some awesome cake. Not chalky or dry. Moist and yummy! Cherrybrook Farms also tastes delicious, but it doesn’t agree with me because of the kind of non-wheat flour they use.
