Yes, it is possible to finish a spool of Aurifil thread. I did.
One of the things I like about Aurifil is that I don’t have to change the bobbins or spools as often.

I am getting better about thread. JUST because it was on sale at a quilt show, doesn’t mean it is a good product. I have a huge spool of YLI that I am going to give up on. It lints worse than ancient Coats and Clark!
I have had mixed results with Aurifil though. My machines like Signature. “SOMEDAY” I will be replacing my older Pfaff as it is getting so worn out. Due to availability of dealerships, I might be going to the Janome that Sarah loves so much. Not sure yet.
What was I saying? Nothing really. I like seeing the end of a spool of thread though…even if it isn’t mine! 🙂
I’m writing off topic today…because I saw a quilt at PQIF last night that I adored. YOUR SWOON. So pretty, bright, and colorful! Love, love, loved it even more in person. I’m still hoping to take classes from you someday! Thanks for sharing it with us.
